Aggressivt NATO

 Foruroligende i medier idag. Stoltenberg står i mediene og hisser opp stemningen, truer med ny krig, som den eneste i verden på vegne av NATO. Kan han ikke vente og se hvordan det går i Afghanistan?

In my cellar the last 10-15 years at 12 deg C, this is not the first bottle or vintage. I have had -88, -89, -90 and -91, still have an -89.

Bright red, goes everywhere in the sun.

Fruit on the nose. Candy red., concentrated. -90 is showing attendance.

Medium plus acidity, bright, balanced, clear sweet fruit, red candy, sharp, crisp. Lasting for minutes. Medium fine tannins. It lasts forever. 

Velvety appearance with all the fruit compared with the still apparent tannins ensure a fantastic end long out there somewhere.

These old north Italians. Especially back to late fifties and sixties, the good ones are sweet. Think Bordeaux, think Bourgogne. What are the ones getting perfect with age? The sweet vintages. Take your pick, I stay with the warm vintages and best producers, after many years. Good wine? Mature wine! I see youngsters saying top white burgundies being ripe at 2 years aging. You need to change your diapers…, and get some history.
